Why does this have to happen? It's the last day that I can hand in my last essay and the computers aren't working, so I can't access my essay to finish it and even if I could, I can't print it.

Just got this:
At the moment the Student Server is down. Our IT guys are working on
getting it back up within the hour. Sorry to hold you up,should be
workig again soon so keep trying.
so did you manage to finish the essay mate?
Nah, the server was down all day. But they should give me until Monday because fo that.
